Coyote appears to be raising cash:

Coyote Network Systems is selling its networking installation and
service facility, Valley Communications, for $3.5 Million.

Coyote Network Systems also announced that it has raised approximately $5 million from the private placement of three-year 8% convertible notes to a small group of international institutional investors
