Hello! To: All CVIA Shareholders And Thread Participants, I enjoyed Johndee's expression of the CVIA Shareholder Call To Action Opportunity! He called it the " 1161 Express" ( I believe he is referring to CVIA Posting #1161) We sure have several creative and supportive and interested CVIA shareholders watching! You will recall that we started the "1161 Express" yesterday! And on the last update we had "15" CVIA shareholders who had indicated that they contacted Jack Arnold regarding the "1161 Express". Well, here is another progress report on the " 1161 Express Action Plan". This early Saturday Morning at 7:12 A.M., on December 20, 1997, our number has grown from " 15" to------------------------ " 25 " ----------------- Personally I think you are all doing a great job! Well Done! I don't think that many of you will be surprised when I tell you that I am getting a growing number of e-mails from CVIA Shareholders that read and follow the CVIA thread on S.I. ( as well as possibly other threads!) They all have been very supportive, and so far everyone is sounding pleased with the CVIA Managements progress, and the fact that they stay in touch with their shareholders! Another point / message that is coming across in the e-mails that I'm getting is that they appear very impressed by the " steady eddy" approach that we are taking, the "PATIENCE" that this thread is effectively demonstrating with the right mix of reasonable dialogue, and a CVIA Shareholder Action Plan! ( Great work to all CVIA Thread Participants!) Also great support to all the CVIA Shareholders and supporters that as of now are not S.I. members but follow and support the CVIA thread efforts! In efforts to bring things back down to earth! I feel that this would be a good time to remind everyone that you should never make any investment decesions based on someone else's opinion, recommendation, etc. And always do you own research and due diligence! Each and every one of you have worked hard for your money! It's your's and your decision alone , in what you want to do with it! And let me remind everyone, that I do not feel it necessary for anyone to share their CVIA shareholding count on this or any other thread, and if you send me an e-mail, please I do not want to know how many shares of CVIA you have! OKAY? I'm happy to be this close to Christmas knowing that I am associated with a group of very interested and "action oriented" CVIA shareholders, willing to make a contribution, rather than just "bashing" the negative points! It's only my opinion but I think we just might be feeling pretty up-beat, going into 1998, if our CVIA Shareholder efforts can make a difference? So! Does anyone think that Jack Arnold might be enjoying his incoming e-mail for the next while??? ( Merry Christmas ! Jack!) Let's not let up the intensity! There is a long way to go yet! Keep them coming! And I'll provide an update count as soon as there is something to update! It's really up to your efforts! ( It is also your own personal choice and decision!). Best Regards, Wayne J.
