craig i would agree that a move down to $25 should be in the cards for COMS, I have several Jan. 35 Puts purchased just after the failed rally early this month. i can't see any reason to buy this company RIGHT NOW. earnings projections for the full year 1999 are equal or less than earnings from 1997 and with a PE around 30 that doesn't entice me to buy at these levels. Certainly they can beat the projections if they get their act together but they bacically said they still have an inventory problem that is going to crunch them for who knows how long..add to that currency problems, slowing Asian sales , competition and price slashing for 56K. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see 56K become a bust as new technology surpasses it....for myself, i will go to cable and its superior speed when it is available here. Overall i see a slow grinding slide for COMS for the short term with several failed rallies along the way. just my opinion.
