The court entered a preliminary injunction previously ordered by a federal appeals court in a decision regarding the sale of ArcCell. The order does not prevent Avant! customers from continuing to use ArcCell if they so desire. Avant! discontinued and stopped selling its ArcCell products eighteen months ago. The court action does not interfere in any way with the continued sale and support of Avant!'s current and future place and route products.
