Liberals say that all the time. And they teach and encourage minorities to have feelings of resentment and victimization as exemplified by that teacher.

The point is not that here is a black person who is racist. I don't even make that claim. What that woman is a product of liberal indoctrination. Liberals taught her she should resent white people as oppressors ... even a handicapped white child. IOW I blame her attitude not on her ingrained racism ... I blame it on all the people like you in our society who create her worldview as a victim of white oppression.
