C_O.....Documentary film making is the new journalism. That's an excellent point/insight. As we celebrate Independence Day----a day that really should evoke such joy and gratitude, and it does on many levels, also brings up the contradictions, definitions of what it really means to be free-- a truth and a delusion coexisting and blurred at the same time. Life would be a lightweight canvas of learning without them?
