As a dealer I didn't need to, of course I always had the appropriate shipping boxes and non-conductive bags and bubble wrap around... Never known an end user to need one. They usually just returned it to the place of origin, if local or contacted the seller and got specifics. All require the purchase documentation. They were quite good at honoring replacements and/or repairs. Getting ready to build a new server with Ubuntu to host cloud, email, database and web content. Probably near the end of the month as time becomes available.
