Hi Paul, there were things to like here. A couple things that bothered me were (1) I've never owned an Israeli microcap (2) the Williger brothers' net pay approximates net income some years (3) why is Granovsky simultaneously empire building and having to mortgage securities to raise seemingly minor sums of cash? I found the combination of intrigue and possible lack of recourse disturbing. If anyone has invested in Israeli microcaps and can speak to the protections for US investors I'd appreciate it.

Added small to cigar-butt WILC.

Net cash exceeds market cap.

I don't have an opinion as to how or if management is aligned with shareholders, or when,if ever, the business will recover and be profitable again.
