It is really hard to read all caps, that's all. Only do that if you are shouting at some one.

No, just pointing out an instance of "netiquette," which, like etiquette, is observed only voluntarily. All capital letters are difficult to read (the brain recognizes words in part by their overall shape, and all caps words are all rectangular), so in electronic communication the use of all caps is reserved for truly extraordinary emphasis. For example, it would probably have been fair game to have responded to me in all caps by telling me what a jerk I am for such a snide post.

OT (On Topic), I thought I read something on the ASND thread about CS taking it over. Sounds like garbage to me, but you might want to join the party we're having over on ASND.
