I have heard from fairly good authority that the SEC is watching
these gold stocks..including the internet forums dedicated to them.
I would hope that someone did talk to liontamer about his posts..
for onc..probably was based on insider information..and 2..what
he was saying was actually very damaging IMO..He presented himself
as someone who had inside info..then made comments like"the results
will be out by 5 today..if not..ledoux is refusing to release them"
of course..it wasnt released then..and of course..ledoux did indeed
release them later..but his posts worried me more than any that
Hungry Lion posted..I want more information, just like everyone else..
but i want it done so as not to subject Naxos to any more trouble.
with the huge numbers that naxos has just put out..they are watching
their Ps&Qs..so well thought out and not to be construed as hype
info..great.. loose cannon investors with inside info..no thanks..
i prefer naxos not get halted, myself..<<<of course, if liontamer would
like to email me with any pertinent info..well i'll make an exception to that <VBG>>>

Mr. Van Hummel;

You posted: "You DID refer to the past weekly reports and wondered when we
would have such flow of information again. THAT is what I referred to."

We have no disagreement here. I believe it was Mr. Reschner who gave the
erroneous spin when I just asked if anyone remembered those days. I never
intended to communicate a desire to return to them.

He posted; exchange2000.com where
he said, "I wholeheartedly support your suggestion that Naxos resume the weekly
updates by the Chief Operating Officer."

Mr. Reschner may have misconstrued my intent and may have substituted his own.

Thank you for the opportunity to clear up that one issue and for your agreement
on the other points which I raised.
