..and if you read closely what they said about about Christ in that old chapter book we keep around, he could have been the inspiration for somebody like a Bernie Sanders or an Elizabeth Warren, all that do unto others nonsense and anti-bankers stuff Meta...Had to chuckle re: "chapter book" reference. This one was my first. Talk about a proud moment when we realized that we were capable of reading one... More to your point---I have a feeling that this generation of coming to age kids/young adults have it in them to nudge the world at large in the direction that EW, BS and JC, et. al. want.......they already have and are....it's something I've been giving thought to---but we're in for some more hurt. To state the obvious on this day of pancake breakfasts, parades and hot dog eating contests..
