Thanks, Sam. Since healthcare insurance rates are subject to state rather than federal regulation, that's a major problem. I would hope a future fix would national healthcare insurance regulations. I wonder if the often predicted nationalization of the exchanges (states would find it too expensive to maintain online exchanges, their citizens would get subsidies regardless) might lead to national healthcare insurance regulation.

We'll see.
