Nope - just real fireworks purchased from the local Indian reservation where they are more free than us regular Americans are in our country - weird right? :-)

My neighborhood is outside Houston city limits so there are no fireworks laws. People shoot off fireworks, the same kind you see anywhere, in the streets in front of their houses. No, people here don't shoot off guns.

Now down in Houston where fireworks are illegal, in the ghetto apartment complexes, lots of people DO idiotically shoot off guns in the air on special occasions. The folks doing that are NOT law abiding gun owners, they're the criminal ghetto class that doesn't care what the law says. The Democratic constituency. The kind of people you want to protect from being shot by their victims when they're breaking in houses or robbing convenience stores.
