As of 11/30, short interest was 845,00 with an s/a ratio of 4.5. Short interest had been gradualy going up since August. It will be interesting to see the figures for December in a couple of weeks. Concerning the recent stock price, it is behaving like Zeev predicted. The financing put in a floor of around $1 and resistance at around $2. The resistance is from those receiving the financing, cashing in their shares for healthy profits. I am not sure if this is what is happening, because it might be too early for the Reg S shares to be converted, but there did seem to be some reistance just above $2 on Friday. Time will tell. If this is what is behind the current trading pattern, then it will take a perceived change in fundamentals to break through the resistance.
