Chuck, I was refering to the fundamentals as per the "Report to
Shareholders" dated Nov 14/9 plus the BD report dated Nov 26/97.
IPMCF at that point was basicaly back to square one in the recovery
and assay dept. The only material change in the company's affairs
has been the Reg-S financing as reported on Dec 5/97. Yet we see
a surge in the share price. Is there some news to justify this activity that I may have missed? Keep in mind that it is not
uncommon for the Reg-S participants to engage in shorting. Not
saying that this is taking place, but it is something to keep in
mind when we see the share price surge without any kind of
substantiating news to justify it. Just MHO as always.
