I think you are right with company's intention to lower the stock price. I got burned by DSP back in April also. The cases are similar , and so I even did not get the chance to read the 10K of the company, I just go ahead to jump in to buy several thousand shares, and hope the stock price can double in six months just like DSP. Both of us should go and check to see how company adopt the stock purchase plan for those executives from 10K. Even I don't like the way the company do for their investors, I can't avoid to buy it because it is too cheap. I am not quite sure its future though.
