Good Morning Penni, ahhhh, it's actually quiet around the house now. All the kids are still sleeping. We watched a couple of friends toddlers last night so they could go to Seattle and see the Nutcracker.

What a mad house last night was!!

I'm convinced that anyone who has only had one toddler really doesn't have a clue what it's like to raise 2 or more.

I don't know why I thought of that, I guess I was just thinking of Alex about to have his first. All those wonderful rules about not watching video's and such are fine when you have one, but it's quite a different story when you have more than one. You NEED the peace of mind once in a while IMHO. Last night I did some shopping for a couple of hours and Kerrie was about at her wits end with the 4 kids running all around the house screaming. So I just calmly popped in Richard Scary's alphebet tape and they all magically sat down to watch it. ahhhhh, what a relief that was.

Yes, I'm the geek standing up slightly on the right. I think you can almost make out my name tag. We are practicing the launching of Missiles, so everyone is watching the hovering panel as our speed is less than 1kt. That's such an amazing thing Penni, how a ship the size of a Trident can just sit there suspended in the water at zero speed. It's quite challenging when the sea's are rough.

That never happened to me on planes Penni, I guess you can figure out why, planes are roomy to me. :-)

So did the kids ace their tests Penni?

You know I have been helping out lately as a volunteer at the local Junior High, I worry when my kids are that old I want be able to help them on Math! The kids I saw were taking some pretty tough math at 14. Trig!! Yuk!! Whatever I did learn I'm sure I've forgoten. Do you help the kids with homework?
