Jan... I feel marginability at this juncture is why TPRO is not now trading at $9.00 to $10.00. Very few understand all of the doors that it opens when margin is in play. As you might know it can cut both ways. Example, if TPRO was now marginable there would have been massive margin calls go out the day the stock closed under $5.00. Now some of the calls would have gone away on Fri. but not all. Please report status from Fred ASAp. See if you can't get him to make a call to the NASD to get some sort of a guesstimate as to time frame of NMS.
