I was right to tell you not to confuse illegals and legal immigrants. And I also pointed out to you that Obama had changed policy in 2014 to allow DACA illegals to enlist:

Don't confuse illegals with legal immigrants. There have long been legal immigrants in the military. Obama changed that in 2014 so that those under Deferred Action for Child Arrivals can enlist.
