As I pointed out here numerous times, Obummer's own ACA website clearly stated that there is no annual cap on increases but IF an increase is greater than 10%, then the carrier must send out a letter explaining why. Enter Gruber. Most Dems couldn't be bothered to even read the ACA website which took about 10 minutes. Thus this article makes perfect sense. The Fight Over Obamacare Was a Giant Political Charade
