Wow Paul, that might be a market call right there.

Related: YHOO investors are hopping right now. To the question of "why is Marissa selling," I think she's in a tough spot and playing the arbitrage as best she can. I don't know if a CEO can short a sub but I'd think that wouldn't go over well. To properly assemble that trade and hope YHOO's underlying business comes out in the wash requires more mental fortitude and technical audacity than I'm up for at the moment. And it's been picked over to death by institutions.

Re BAB - I'd rather one BABA via SFTBY at a discount. SoftBank is pretty cheap right now and with a good capital allocator at the helm, a large holding discount is not warranted, Imo.
