Thx, as said had tried number of MS links and they appear to have expired ... your link returns: 502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server. other MS pages that link from MS to digital rivers will indicate "resource has been removed or had its name changed. Anyway further research seems to indicate family pack purchasers are SOL ... their install disks (both the 32 bit and the 64 bit disks) have an orange label which is not included in the MS visual aid for the install disks that "qualify" for ISO DL. LTBH
