It was actually TWO such deals -- one in the law, that provided for the "risk corridors", but then Obama just illegally scooped up $3 Billion from somewhere and gave it to the insurance companies. And honestly, Paul Ryan knows it and hasn't said a word about it so I think it has called into question HIS integrity as well.
