Plan is, house in NC and condo around here in Pinellas, that we can sporadically rent when we don't want to be here. We can easily swing that for the same cost as the selling price of the current place... and taxes and insurance are so much cheaper in NC that I think our costs will be lower. But can't believe how the HOA costs have gone up here... outrageous. Gives me pause.
