To Anyone:
I am a disgruntled former TPII threader who is moving to a better place. Can anyone give me a digest of the terms and conditions of the Topro warrants. It would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

JDN, I have to agree that the $28MM figure seems to refer to the base business only.

Thanks for your estimate on the BMY contract. 36MM over 2 years is a big deal. And, of course, there are hundreds of companies out there that will need to do similar work, although perhaps not on quite so large a scale. Looks like the spending is going to begin in earnest. If BMY is going to spend 36MM on just their embedded chip problem, overall worldwide estimates of 360BB are going to be very low.

As the problem becomes more acknowledged and more companies have to make disclosures about their YK2 status, it may well be that many comapnies will actually be eager, rather than reticent, to have their contracts with TPRO and other YK2 companies publically announced.
