Kevin - Welcome aboard! We'd all be interested in any comments you have about the presentation in NY.

Regarding the Swiss short position, you'll have to read the notes posted in the last couple of weeks, however, I'm not so sure how "clear thinking" they are. We were told that a private placement of JMAR "Units" (a combination of shares and warrants) was made several weeks ago, and that the entire placement was bought by a group of Swiss investors who had been previous investors in the company. Shortly after that, 750,000 shares of JMAR were shorted. We put two and two together and came up with the conclusion that it was the Swiss shorting "against the box". Then someone here posted that Dr. Martinez confirmed that the Swiss had indeed shorted the stock. That is what has prompted our discussion here. You can read about the Units at:

....the Swiss Investor short position was not discussed....
Here we go again with the credibility issue....Someone posted that Martinez talked about it and was mad about it. Now we hear that it wasn't mentioned....
All of this and along with the fact(who knows) that the Light Knife hasn't even been submitted to the FDA. I find this interesting that when I spoke with a company official I point blank asked when it would be approved and was told that this information was not available for dissemination to shareholders because of the uncertainty of the timeframe of the FDA and their course of review. What has happened to the old dictum of being honest?
As for the person who posted that JMAR is holding up well under the circumstances, I find a near 50% drop from it recent high and your postulating on holding up well a unique revelation.
