and ALL:

We seem to be headed back to our good old ways - lot's of negativism and based on rumours which are not tangibly substantiated. The MM was 'cooked' some time ago and the disposition of that issue has now come to light.

Please reread previous postings on those of us who will pry and dig at strategic times and to heck with all else. 'That "truth" will be discovered at all costs - then by gosh...seems like we've been there before'.I can assure you it has brought results and those were hardly what anyone of us wanted. Then the euphoria based on that or some announcements and then...we're back to the same negative mentality. Go over the history of this thread - its disturbingly predictable.

In brief,it doesn't take much to destroy morale on this thread. Think of our 'monitors' - most of us get the picture and remember they haven't yet mounted any really serious public stuff (can't comment on any other activities, though).

Take it as a given that this management is 'reactive' and has real problems issuing shareholder news and that has been an issue from the beginning. I reassure you that probing beyond the company will not produce any significant results and has the potential for great harm. Please, please review old posts and given the season, try and stick with the tangible positive news. We are on for the ride, like it or not - the stock must resume trading then we can worry about other things. The declared short position is just that - declared (derivation: VSE). It should be substantially beyond that if all else is in place. Nasdaq has a special place for shorts - read the posts (independent on Nasdaq). However, that really is not the issue - the stock is either what it seems to be or its not. There are substantial reasons to be positive on those grounds alone.

No, I'm of the 'prove it school' and yes, I still have problems with the way management reacts to situations. But that's how it is. If you're going to dig, stick with the company sources (yes, I can comment on that too). There is nothing we can do to change things at this time so hold your breath, plug your nose and onward - you may be pleasntly surprised.

No, I didn't enjoy this 'posting' but thanks for your thoughts.

I wish all those in our Group the very best of the Holiday Season,

Doug.
