If any one watched Barbara Walters last night there was a brief on Wall Street and the Medium income was touched notice I use medium not median, as there is a difference. The cost is astounding in NY flat two bedrooms 1 million. I had feeling that the economy was being sustained indirectly by Wall Street excluding the corporations that compose the market. I was unable to get statistical reference as to exactly how much of the service industry was directly tied to brokerage.

What the long range impact of this is could very well be the balance of somehow retaining dollar and Wall Street and the Fed take opposing ends in that how. Wall Street is out to balance Wall Street and the Fed the nation. If Wall streets shifts out of the Dow into other markets it could cause severe consequence on the nation. As right now it is apparent Wall Street excuse the term but is going to cover its own butt. I guess I concur with you Goldsnow re stocks then boom the bonds market.

I think the psychological impact is starting to surface the program showed a definite dislike by people on street for Wall Street as the income was astronomical in comparison to the average worker.

I want to wish everyone a wonderful season filled with Peace and Hope
