He never provides specifics; That's being very polite and politically correct. He rarely provides answers or facts. I'm sure the snow is caused by the global cooling effect from all the smoke and fires, increased carbon footprint and acidity of the Pacific ocean besides all of the 4th of July grilling of food in California and Nevada as well as the phony decrease in unemployment numbers. (he'll probably give me a rec for that line of bullsh*t............)
