It will be interesting to see if Zack's upgrades again. I think they will, because the last significant drop had them coming up from 5 to 4, and that was for the same reason you've cited. I'll bet Zack's goes to three (or higher) over the weekend. BIG spark.

I know I'm putting too much emphasis on their opinion, but they've called a lot more right than wrong (for me) in the last six months. I ignored them on WFR - and got killed. They were downgrading ZOLT as it fell off, and within a week of them screaming get out (3 to 5 cut), it crashed and burned. Finally, they're a big proponent of IOM, which has little positive coverage, and I totally agree (it has a big future in '98 and '99). When somebody contradicts a lot and is right, they've got my attention, particularly with techs.

BTW, I find your analysis extremely helpful. I WOULD be nibbling at these prices if I could raise cash without selling some IOM. That is not an option with a split on Monday. The net has made the cost of trades so low now that nibbling is great way to get in at a good (average) price.
