The AHs to whom you refer didn't engage in the passing of this bill. In fact it was passed under extraordinary circumstances in many ways. The only tampering of the bill has been by Obama postponing the implementation of certain very negative aspects of the bill that would have affected elections. Elections have consequences...as it is the law is helping a lot of people. If repubs want to be constructive they could stop passing hopeless non sense like 40+ repeal acts and get to the business of improving it rather than sabotaging it. Al
