Socialism has turned the world upside down. Old people get health care and an old-age pension, so their world certainly has been turned upside down. Much harder for them to die in poverty. Social Security is the Most Effective Anti-Poverty Program in the U.S., In One Chart I get so tired of wingers using socialism as a hammer. I grew up in GOP country and all I heard was how horrible socialism and communism were while growing up. It took me years to sort it all out and to see clearly what the reality is.
