Bill, For a 3 line break, are you talking about three consecutive lower daily lows or is this something more than that? GZ

Bill, Re: old power full moves before a bear market. The 1962 bear market had 3 powerful moves down with recoveries until it gave up. These moves were over a year time frame. The 1966 and 1969 bear market also had 3 powerful moves. The 1974 bear was really choppy at the top and during the down trend..tried to recover all the way from 1050 to 550. 50% hair cut. Same with the 1977 and 1978 bear market. 77 and 78 bear was only about a 30% hair cut. They all seem to develop into their own characters. Joan
