REIT valuations

What I will be watching is if ARCP can eventually obtain a higher credit rating (BBB+ or better) AFTER the CEO completes his assets sales and pay down of debt. The list of REIT stocks you posted are a good set of comparables and can be used to fine tune the eventual fair value price for ARCP.

Some of my best value investments are from the long term changes made by a new management group. It typically takes 18 months, a good economic cycle and a few significant core asset/strategic moves to show results. The catalyst for ARCP could be what the new CEO and management decides to do w/ those Red Lobster restaurants. It's a $2.0bln decision.

PSA is a very expensive stock by all measures. I own quite a bit of this company, which is organized as a limited partnership.:
