The head of the FBI said the Charleston shooter passed the background check because the FBI messed up. He should've been declined.
It's my understanding he didn't get a background check.....after the expected 3 days (?), the seller didn't get the report so he gave him the gun anyway..... I also heard more than 40% of gun buyer get no check since they buy privately or at shows....

I remember when Obonzo shipped 2,000 "assault rifles" to Mexico to make gun dealers look bad. Even though they forced them to make the sales. How do we know our little nitwit isn't trying to get guns into the hands of nutjobs so he has more mass shootings to bitch about on TV? Seriously. If he is willing to ship guns to Mexico and kill 300 Mexicans, this is possible...
