I too hold shares of LAACZ and sleep well at night, even with a 4% dividend. Very hard assets holding situation. Have seen their facilities and IMHO they are top rated in their business. Just doubled up recently.

I wonder if E_K_S has any LAACZ in his REIT portfolio ?

Apart from the tightly held aspect, at $1600/share one needs fairly deep pockets to have a reasonable stake in LAACZ ...
