I have said repeatedly...........wingers tend not to be very nice people. I hope you are finally getting it. This fellow is a special case though...brazenly and gleefully hypocritical...gladly takes from a government he disparages, bitches about what he didn't get, resents the fact that the gravy train he is enjoying now will likely not last and selfishly takes for granted that he is in fact getting more than he should....this guy riles about entitlements but he is himself so entitled that I am not even sure he realizes (or cares) that he did tell us all of that in his last two posts. It's incredible. Al, he's not alone.........he is very typical of many tea party and ultra conservative members of the GOP who scream for entitlement cuts but in fact benefit from gov't programs: http://www.nytimes.com/2012/02/12/us/even-critics-of-safety-net-increasingly-depend-on-it.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0 There have been several studies which show the people who often complain the most about entitlement programs are ones who are benefiting from such programs. The only difference between them and TWY is that TWY appears to be more self aware of how he is taking advantage of govt programs and is more honest about what he is doing. The rest get it but they think they are entitled to those programs because of white privilege. Yes, behind their complaints about entitlement programs is latent racism. They don't want minorities taking advantage of such programs because they don't believe minorities are paying enough towards those programs. As far as I can tell, American conservatism is of a different variety than European conservatism. Its much uglier.........deeply intertwined with racism and religion..........although the Euro conservatives are starting to catch up on the racist portion. That is why I say wingers in general are not nice people..........not just TWY.
