The illegal's gun was stolen from the car of a federal law enforcement officer. The Charleston shooter bought his gun from a dealer and passed the background check (the feds messed up and should have denied him) after a 3 day wait. Gun control failed iow.

In BrumarWorld it was probably pretty easy for him.... If the country were run the way I like, the illegal wouldn't have been in the US.

Interesting, this morning the preacher mentioned some of the folks at the church had asked one another should we do anything in response to the passing of open carry in TX. The preacher said he told them, Nah, half the congregation is probably packing anyway. That was meant humorously. I doubt it's anywhere near half. ;>)
