Let's correct something, if you don't mind; AIPN per the sign lease agreement is required to obtain additional siesmic. If I remember this correctly, it's 1800 Km worth of additional siesmic, on top of what is already available. GF isn't ordering it for anything other than it gives a better idea of what could be there and it is r-e-q-u-i-r-e-d. This additional siesmic reduces the size of the aquares or grid that is laid out. It also goes towards verifying the Russian data.

oh and BTW there is no stock that it is ever dangerous to not own..
that statement is one of a cold caller trying to push you into buying something... anything so as to build his commission pool.
i guuess warren buffetT is living dangerously being out of aipn.. long live danger..
sold my aipn that i got stuck with for a $300 profit.. up almost a k in aipn this week..
