The details of a passive investment must be sufficiently set forth to evaluate the benefit to the investor. In this case there are no details. Therefore, I have ignored this press release until finalization of the transaction. I do not have any report of this transaction ever being consummated.

However, one striking statement sets me on my heals - and its another contradiction as follows: Netmaster acquires and finances software integration and Internet related concerns. . .

Compare this to more recent press releases with respect to what they focus on.

Back to more of the same,

DGMAC

Am I missing something here? or am I going NETZ?

1. Is this news about NetMaster (NETZ)or Network Six.
2. Did this deal ever go through?
3. What is NETZ now, the shining white knight passing out its shareholder's money?
4. Maybe we should buy stock in Georgia Pacific, all those hankys they will sell when the world reads about poor Network Six and their litigation with Hawaii Five-O,
5. Plus, surely Network Six must be innocent, after all they are the defendents in a failure to perform lawsuit. But I can tell by the facts, they are innocent.

You guys give me a break and tell me what is so god damn significant and news worthy about the September 2, 1997 Company Press Release.
Jeeez, when somebody posts something you don't want to hear, you flame them. Go bury your heads in the sand. If you think the stock price is going to quit falling without NETZ making a real press release, real dates, real promises, & real facts , your full of sh@*. Who are you trying to BS, yourself, or somebody into buying more of this crap.

Good night, good luck, and Merry Christmas,

DGMAC
