Tax cuts increased revenue. As they often do. (See: Laffer Curve). I'm not posting the chart again showing that income tax revenue went up every year after the 03 cuts for four years straight.

And I do not believe you have the intellectual capacity to comprehend the difference between Bush's deficits and Obama's.
