Scott,
I sorry that you are holding DEPO at $15.00 a share but you shouldn't dismiss Chirodoc's statement that this is "dead money". The biotech field is covered with many dead "soldiers" in the battle to get a drug approved. I can name for you a long list of stocks that had the same disappointment as DEPO experienced this week and NONE of them have bounced back from their drop-off from their disappointing news. I think it safe to assume that you would be hard pressed to show me one biotech that has bounced off their disappointing news as you think DEPO will. Even the "good" biotechs are having a hard time maintaining price support and they haven't experienced any disappointing news.
It is always hard to accept the news that you got this week with DEPO but at some point "we" have to move on to other options in a hope that we can make up for these disappointments in the stock market.

<<<<<<<the stock will be dead money for a year>>

this is based on the following (i assume i could be wrong--i was fooled once)
1. the technology is functional
2. the managment FUC#%ED up very badly with their preparation
3. i am not going to sell this at $4
4. i might be tempted to sell in 6-8 range
5. other drugs may be a better fit than cytarabine
summary: the stock could disappear from the face of the earth--i know that. but i think that in 2 years we will be back up close to 13 again unless mangement REALLY has fooled us worse than i thought.

btw, i had 1,000 shares at $13
