Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp. (AP) - upped my shares by 18% w/ Buy in the IRA account @ $14.36/share

I hold shares in both my taxable account and IRA account. Stock selling at 73% of BV. Last quarterly report showed positive EPS even w/ another one time write off from a a discontinued operation. Maybe the corner has been turned and w/ a slow growing economy, the next several quarterly reports will again be positive.

The last insider buys were in May 2015 and were small at $16.32/share and $15.79/share. Therefore, $14.36/share seems like a good add price.

My target price was $21.00/share but until I can see if sustained EPS can be booked the next few quarters, I would be satisfied collecting the 5% dividend and eventually peeling off my high cost shares at BV (ie. $19.87/share) booking a small capital gain.
