Sorta OT: She's on a 10b5-1 plan. Whether or not I agree with her compensation package structure, if my unvested Google stock were converted to Yahoo stock (i.e. mostly Alibaba stock), I'd be protecting my net worth too. I only bring this up on the thread because YHOO has been brought up as a value play on VIC and SA, and Marissa's aggressive sales are a red flag on due diligence. My conclusion is it may be a value play in the future, if BABA is spun off while it's PE is 50 and not 25.
