I wouldn't want to be the cook. There's about 200 people who show up. My sister does all the cooking with very little help. Makes a taco salad that she's famous for. Stays up the night before putting all the ingredients together, then orders platters of sandwiches. Plenty of beer and soda. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Then she makes dinner - a chicken chili with hot rolls and lots of other munchables. Quite a production. But she loves doing it.
