It feels so good to be eating right.
I have some popcorn every other night or so . . but otherwise am and will continue to be strictly eggs, meat, and vegetables.
All cooked at low-heat and all juices eaten . . no matter how fatty it looks/feels.
That is where tons of vitamins are stored.
I do a lot of crock-pot cooking now .. on low.
I then simmer the bones all day for a very nutritious broth then I have a cup or three of each day.
I am also doing a lot "culturing" of my vegetables and milk (into keifer) . . . just some added health benefits!
