Keep your eye on remnants of Dolores. A recent solar flare is causing the ridge (that's been over Gulf of Alaska) to move westward. This opens the door for the remnants to catch a trough and make landfall on Cali coast. Nothing like needed man-made rain from a man-made tropical disturbance associated with the man-made El Nino to help with the man-made drought all caused by man-made trace greenhouse gases that is making it the man-made warmest year ever, eh? That's the path you've taken :)
