I just don't see demand dropping for PV's, in fact they are increasing worldwide, especially in Asia. Have been designing systems off and on for almost 40 years now and all of the tier one manufactures are running flat out now and building new production lines for PV's. California is a small part of the world market for them. Next year looks to be in excess of 60 gigawatts manufactured. As cost per watt continues to drop growth will only continue to accelerate going forward.
