Charles, the reg S holders are not generally long term investors. The will usually take a quick 50% - 100% gain. They are not speculators, usally. When there is a reg S offering, you can usually count on some resistance at the 50% - 100% profit level. Of course, there are exceptions, esp if the fundamentals change and there are enough buyers to break through the resistance. The strength of the resistance depends on how large the offering was. Also, there is usually a wait period before they can sell their shares, and I am not sure if it has been long enough yet for the Reg S holders to be converting their shares to cash.
