Wayne, I appreciate all of the "heads up" news you have been giving us, and a thanks to Bill for the Consent Form on post #1198. We also should probably tell everyone else on any other CVIA threads, or other CVIA shareholders we know, about this consent form. I'm hoping for something good to happen on CVIA in January. TO: ALL CVIA SHAREHOLDERS AND THREAD PARTICIPANTS, Here is another update regarding "The 1161 Express Shareholder Action Plan". As at 10:55 A.M. on Sunday, December 21,1997, the shareholder response count is now up to " 39 "---------It continues to grow! ( Keep in mind that these are only the one's that I am aware of, I'm guessing that there are many more that may have already communicated with CVIA and Jack Arnold!) My guess is that we have a ways to go yet, but I plan to try and get an idea from Jack Arnold tomorrow as to what his guesstamit is as far as total shares that he feels he has support from! ( I'll keep you posted!) And by the way , I'm sorry for using " I " so much, we " the team" is what I am referring to , when CVIA is being discussed! So anytime you see me use the "I" the only reason is that I'm trying to keep my somewhat "weak" grammatical skills at a level where at least it shows I ( there it is again!) am trying! I will sign off now! And then proceed to put together another posting, that may give us something to think about as it relates to some of the questions/concerns that were directed at the "CVIA SHARE HOLDER CONSENT FORM" and any ramifications that may or may not develop as a result of submitting or not submitting the "Form" to CVIA!
